Enhanced 3PL Billing Module in WMS

We’ve supercharged the 3PL Billing Module! With this update, WMS manager users can enjoy additional main menu options and access pages previously exclusive to the Prices account. Manager users with the 3PL Billing Module can now easily activate OMS accounts from the WMS. WMS Manager users can now find an OMS Accounts Page to easily see and activate OMS accounts.

International Documents Module for Global Shipping

Are you shipping internationally? Our new International Documents module is here to help! At an additional cost, this feature enriches your shipping process by generating essential documents like Customs Invoices and H.S. Code Summaries for multiple shipments simultaneously. Manual Sub-status Adjustments and LPN Replenishment Configuration

Managing shipped orders is now more flexible with our manual sub-status adjustment feature. Also, warehouses can configure LPN requirements for receiving replenishments, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.

Recall Report for Enhanced Tracking

Keep track of essential information and recalls effectively with our new Recall Report. This feature is crucial for managing any issues related to Lot or Expiration Date concerns, ensuring a timely and accurate response from your team.

API v4 – New Endpoint Enhancements

We’re expanding the capabilities of API v4 with new endpoints, including POST Revert and PATCH Replenishment, alongside updates to the GET Replenishment endpoint. These enhancements make managing shipments and replenishments through our API more intuitive and powerful.

Improvements Across the Platform

In addition to adding new features in this release, our developers added several improvements to the platform to increase the quality of the user’s experience and ease of use across the entire platform. Check out these specific improvements we’ve added:

WMS Upgrades for a Streamlined Experience

Enjoy a more intuitive Shipping Labels view, enhanced sub-status selection for shipped orders, and an improved Picking Log view. We’ve also made adjustments to the Billing menu, relabeling it to Admin Reports and tweaking the menu options for better navigation.

OMS – Faster and More Intuitive

Experience significant speed improvements on the Inventory screen, especially when loading large numbers of SKUs. Creating replenishments and identifying oversold SKUs is now easier than ever in the OMS Catalog view. Additionally, third-party billing information for shipping now allows duties and taxes to be paid by third parties, helping to reduce bottlenecks and manual processes.

General System-Wide Enhancements

We’ve fortified our platform with improved security features and protocols, ensuring your data and operations remain safe and secure.

Bug Fixes for Smoother Operation and Total Control in Warehousing

We’ve tackled various bugs in both the WMS and OMS systems, addressing issues ranging from inventory management to processing views. These fixes enhance the overall functionality and reliability of the Shipedge platform, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
